Vegetable Korma Ingredients:
- 350 gram Boiled/Steamed Vegetables
- 100 ml Yoghurt
- 50 ml cream
- 1 tbsp ghee or butter
How to make Vegetable Korma :
- Boil or steam your vegetables
- Make paste of Mix with 100 ml Yoghurt and 150 ml water. Keep aside
- Heat 1 tbsp butter or ghee on medium heat, add paste and cook on medium heat for desired consistency.
- Add boiled vegetables, cook for few minutes until curry thickens.
- Add cream and let it cook for few minutes
- Serve hot with Rice or Indian Bread Naan
