Vegetable Korma Recipe

Vegetable Korma Ingredients:

  • 350 gram Boiled/Steamed Vegetables
  • 100 ml Yoghurt
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter

How to make Vegetable Korma :

  • Boil or steam your vegetables
  • Make paste of Mix with 100 ml Yoghurt and 150 ml water. Keep aside
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter or ghee on medium heat, add paste  and cook on medium heat for desired consistency.
  • Add boiled vegetables, cook for few minutes until curry thickens.
  • Add cream and let it cook for few minutes
  • Serve hot with Rice or Indian Bread Naan
